How we collect, use and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, making a purchase, or contacting us:

  • Name, email address, and account credentials
  • Billing information (processed securely by YUKI SUBMISSION SUPPLY’s chosen payment provider; neither YUKI SUBMISSION SUPPLY nor SubPro stores card numbers)
  • Video watch history, progress data, and notes
  • Communications you send to us

We also automatically collect technical information including IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process transactions and send billing communications
  • Track your learning progress and personalize your experience
  • Send updates about new content and features (opt-out available)
  • Respond to support requests
  • Detect and prevent fraud and security incidents

2a. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the following lawful bases: (a) performance of our contract with you (providing the Service, processing payments); (b) legitimate interests (improving the Service, preventing fraud, maintaining security); (c) your consent (marketing communications — you may withdraw at any time); (d) legal obligations (tax, regulatory compliance).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • The payment provider chosen by YUKI SUBMISSION SUPPLY (e.g., Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Komoju, Paddle, or other) for billing and payment processing — payment data flows directly between you and YUKI SUBMISSION SUPPLY’s provider, not through SubPro
  • Cloudflare for content delivery and security
  • When required by law or legal process
  • To protect the rights and safety of YUKI SUBMISSION SUPPLY, our users, or the public

4. Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and understand platform usage. Essential cookies are required for the platform to function. You can control preferences through your browser settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal information is removed from active systems within 30 days, except where legally required. Backup copies are rotated on a 90-day cycle and are not accessible for normal operations. Watch history, notes, and progress data are deleted with your account.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Export your data in a portable format

To exercise these rights, contact us. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA): (a) the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used; (b) the right to request deletion of your personal information; (c) the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; (d) the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your rights, contact us at the address below.

9. Do Not Track

Our Service does not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. However, you can control tracking preferences through your browser’s cookie settings.

10. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users without undue delay and within 72 hours where required by GDPR. We will also notify relevant supervisory authorities as required by applicable law.

11. Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you. If we introduce such processing in the future, we will update this policy and provide information about the logic involved, as well as opt-out mechanisms as required by GDPR Article 22.

12. Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. For EU residents, a list of authorities is available at edpb.europa.eu. For UK residents, contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. For Australian residents, contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

13. Data Minimization

We follow data minimization principles and collect only the personal information necessary to provide the Service. Privacy considerations are embedded into the design and development of our systems and features.

14. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 16 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

15. Changes to This Policy

YUKI SUBMISSION SUPPLY may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
